2r6o6 Chalet 2013.
Sixth chalet in eight years.
Well. Trying beating that.
Quite an achievement I'll say, for a bunch of people who spent just two years together in secondary school.
But without everyone it won't be a success, and obviously RS did a great job again organizing the chalet.
We didn't exactly do much, but it was all good.
Checked in around 4pm on Friday with RS and Su Ting, and we got nothing to do at all.
Not having BBQ on the first day is weird, especially when we got nothing planned at all too with everyone still so busy from going out and everything and it's just the three of us.
So bored that we watched PotC, trying to kill time before we headed for dinner.
And then we bought some BBQ equipment before Su Ting left.
Kin Seng came after that and soon more people started coming, Teck Li, Han Xiang, Winnie, Bee Cheng etc.
Still due to nothing being planned at all, we had nothing much to do.
Started playing "The Social Network", brought by HX and halfway through there pretty much wasn't anyone paying attention to the show anymore.
Even Cherng Jye came for quite a while then.
And soon after we decided to head to Macs for a meal since few of us are really really hungry, stayed there for quite a while chit-chatting and stuff before heading back to the chalet.
Then we watched "Se7en" which HX brought too.
Good show.
And most people fell asleep by then.
Teck Li was already sleeping long before that so by the time the show ended and some of us wanted to go for breakfast, he woke up and joined us.
So I ended up sleeping only at around 9am after some time back at the chalet from breakfast.
Woke up at about 11am with almost everyone still sleeping.
Went to the pool to sun tan a little and accompany TL when he goes swimming.
And he got shagged so fast while the sun got really hot.
The girls came by only half an hour after we were there, and we were about to leave just when they arrived.
So we went back first, showered and lepak in the room while waiting for the girls to come back too, while RS and Bee Cheng went lunch already.
So we went for lunch after everyone came back, and decided to catch "Les Miserables" at 3.40pm.
Headed back home at around 2.30pm to get the fried rice and reached back just in time for the show.
It was raining then but fortunately the rain stopped by evening.
The show was really great although I really felt like sleeping at the start 'cause I only slept less than 2hours till then.
Went back to the chalet and to the BBQ pit with everyone after the movie, where RS and the people there already started the fire.
More people started coming as we continued the BBQ and it was really great seeing everyone again.
And it was really great seeing them not disappointing me as well for at least about 3/4 of the class turned up for the BBQ.
Had the usual BBQ-eat-talk-catch up-take photo for the next few hours before people started leaving for home at night.
Got really sleepy towards the end and went up to bathe and take a nap before the rest of the people who're not staying over went home.
Too bad I didn't get to say bye to them and thank them for coming to the chalet, because I don't know when will I see them again...
Only slept like an hour plus but felt like I slept for very long already.
And when I woke up at 12am everything was already cleaned and packed up at the BBQ pit and there were only 8 people staying over while everyone else left already.
Went out for a little walk with Theresa they all then stopped by McCafe for a while before returning at 2am.
Woke Gordon up then we continued chatting at one of the stone tables downstairs.

The which-could-have-been-nice-sofa-in-the-living-room if only we booked Aranda.
Aranda was seriously not affordable anymore though, as it was only so thanks to class funds, prizes we won as a class back in sec 1 and 2 etc.
Reminiscence about the past for hours downstairs before the girls started leaving up for bed and it was just left with Meiling, Gordon and me.
Continued on until 6.30am before we went up to wake RS and BC for them to go home with Meiling and us to start sleeping.
HX went home too at around 7 and that was when I fell asleep.
Everyone woke up at 9plus and then we proceeded on to check out, Teck Li buying his breakfast at BK followed by all taking bus home.
And so 2r6o6's chalet 2013 came to an end and it was nonetheless still successful.
We managed to cover the costs too which was surprised me a little.
I've said it over and over again, but it was really really great to see everyone once more, and to see all of us still doing so well still.
We're already into our 9th year of knowing each other since we first entered NASS 8years back.
And it didn't feel like we're turning adults this year even.
The chalet felt so "underage" still since no alcohol and gambling was involved at all, kinda cool actually.
Well I can only hope that years later our friendship remains, and that I wish for success to everyone in whatever they do in their lives in the future.
